My poor middle children…my oldest had a newborn photo shoot and Gracie just had hers a couple weeks back.  C and A never had one! Poor honeys!  No fear, I took a ton of pictures myself of course!  Now…almost 10 years ago Timothy had his done and it was NOTHING like what we experienced with Gracie’s!  I have such an appreciation for photographers after watching Christine and her mother do their thing for 4 hours straight with Gracie!  If you think photography is a piece of cake and how lucky they are to work with newborns all the time, oh my, think again!  It’s 85 degrees in the studio with poop and pee flying all over the place {you think I’m kidding, I’m SO not!}.  Patience and care, and all around total sweetness, and of course talent, is what makes Christine from Dimples and Curls Photography, along with her mother, one superb artist who can turn even the most difficult newborn into a masterpiece of pureness!

Say hello to Miss Gracie Katherine Blake:

I’m so in love!  If you are anywhere near us in Charlotte {within like 5 hours I would say}, you need to book Christine for your newborn session!  She has folks driving in from all over and you can totally see why!  Stunning and precious and I’m still sitting here trying to figure out which ones to order from my gallery!  It takes a certain person to be a newborn photographer, I know that now after seeing Christine in action.  I sat back for 4 hours and watched them work their magic with soothing words, giggles at the “accidents”, and an all around gentle, childish atmosphere that makes you want to go back for more!
