She suggest getting in close to your subject, Monica points out that it easier to get that perfect candid shot if you just let the kids play, be natural not posed. If you are using a digital camera you can go back and do black & white or color depending upon your personal preference. She loves the classic black & white. A great tip Monica offered was to take your shots during quiet time, right before bed or as they just woke up. Good luck getting your perfect family shot this season!

I really love the rectangular ‘Gate’ locket that hold more than 1 picture …… we just lost my Mom-in-law a couple of months ago, and I know that my daughter would love something w/her G-ma’s pic and 1 of them together to wear close to her heart!
1 other comment-I am a Gandmother myself now, and I was VERY disappointed when I looked thru the disc’s and other pendants to find that THERE ARE NO GRANDMOTHER, GRANDMA, NANA-etc. pendants/circles/etc….. how could you possible have a website/jewelry company entitled “The fine art of family” w/out including GRANDPARENTS?!?!? Just a thought…………………….
