I know we don’t have to tell you all again what huge fans we are of baby wearing, so its always exciting for us to get to check out a cool product on the market for toting your baby!
According to their website Bao Bei means Precious Baby in Chinese. A perfect name for their carriers, for that is how you feel about your baby when you’re holding them close!
When this first arrived at my door, I was giddy with excitement. I kid you not, I took it out of the packaging and strapped one of my girls right on me! We hung like that for most of Saturday morning!
The great thing about these extremely well made carriers, is that they are super comfortable! As my girls have grown, they’ve outgrown different carriers. Bao Bei’s Buckle carrier fit my 25 pounder wonderfully, and I didn’t even notice she was on me. Her weight was distributed perfectly and there wasn’t any stress on my back (which I know everyone can relate to!) The cool thing about their buckle carriers is that you can use them with an insert whle your kids are infants and continue using them into toddlerhood! Same thing with their Mei Tei carriers. They have gorgeous ring slings that you can use from birth through toddlerhood too!

What I love about this company, is that they give back to their community too. Based in Shanghai, they give a portion of the profits to a local charity, LaoWang’s orphanage.

These are beautiful! My favorites are the Rust colored Chinese silk design,so pretty and so different! I love it! The Ring slings are fabulous too ,love the colors in the Thin Cotton, beige with orange and purple flowers,just beautiful!

Gorgeous. Expecting very soon and would love to have a carrier for my little one. What a wonderful gift that would be! I live in NYC and think babywearing is the way to go. Who needs to lug a stroller around when you can carry your baby close to you in one of these beautiful and comfie carriers?

I bought a Mei Tai and a Ring SLing from Gina and love them!
My son (now 10 months) is on the heavy side, but the Mei Tai fits him well and he loves it, too.
The new buckle carriers look nice as well. My eyes are on the rust colored Chinese silk design.
