This Green Toys package arrived on my doorstep at about 4 o’clock on one of those rainy days where when the witching hour strikes, everyone is climbing the walls!  Its arrival couldn’t have been more perfect!  I immediately opened the box and handed over all of the parts and pieces to the Cookware and Dining Set.

Boy was this a hit!!!  The girls loved handling all of the colorful molded pieces and they got such a kick out of playing “kitchen”! 

I felt good about just handing it over because I knew how safe and environmentally friendly it was. 

Green Toys is one of those companies that you can just feel really good about!  First of all, all of their toys are made from recycled milk jugs.  The milk jugs are reprocessed into high density polythylene which is “considered one of the safest, cleansest plastics around”.  They are also cmpletely made in the USA.  In fact, they’re all made in one state:  California!  This cuts down on all that extra transportation which can be associated with toy creation.  But wait, there’s more!  All of their packaging is made form recycled corrugated boxes and is 100% recclable.  No plastics, whatsoever!  Lastly, all Green Toys are tested in “nationally recognized, independent, third-party labs”, right here int he USA.  They contain no trace amounts of BPA or phthalates!  They’re also free of any external coatings, so you dont’ have to worry about anything chipping off into your children’s mouths!
