I have called them several times and have emailed them repeatedly over the last couple of weeks and no one has gotten back to me. Very annoying, very disappointing, and VERY embarrassing. After many gifts ordered from these guys, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your time--too many other great companies to order from that can be trusted. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company. Blanket was ordered as a gift on August 26 and it never arrived. I've been credited the amount by my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT DELIVER THEIR PRODUCT. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. It was a perfect gift for my nephews christening. I thought FITB would be a great thing for me to give him for all of his special occasions. On August 21st I ordered a blanket for his 1st birthday. It is now, September 17th and I have still not received the product that I paid for. After several calls, emails and now a complaint to the BBB of Dallas.
