The first order I placed with Fill in the Blankie, I have never been as pleased. It was a perfect gift for my nephews christening.
I thought FITB would be a great thing for me to give him for all of his special occasions. On August 21st I ordered a blanket for his 1st birthday. It is now, September 17th and I have still not received the product that I paid for. After several calls, emails and now a complaint to the BBB of Dallas. I am trying to worn others NOT TO BUY FROM FILL IN THE BLANKIE!!!
I had the same experience as “NEVER AGAIN”. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company. Blanket was ordered as a gift on August 26 and it never arrived. I’ve been credited the amount by my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT DELIVER THEIR PRODUCT. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I highly recommend amending your post so people don’t get ripped off, especially since they link to you on their site!
I rec’d their best cotton blankie as a baby gift for my little girl and it was amazing! Arrived very shortly after ordered. Love it.
Is this company out of business?? Does anyone know?? I too ordered a blanket the end of August, my credit card was charged and the gift I ordered has yet to arrive. I have called them several times and have emailed them repeatedly over the last couple of weeks and no one has gotten back to me. Very annoying, very disappointing, and VERY embarrassing.
After many gifts ordered from these guys, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Don’t waste your time–too many other great companies to order from that can be trusted.
Tried to place an order but needed help… so glad I didn’t after reading other negative comments. They did not answer e-mails, phone calls, messages, etc. for several months. Why don’t they take this stupid website down?
