I really need this!! I can’t seem to get rid of that baby jiggle!!!!!! I love the bootcamp for butts and boobs–because after big baby belly and breastfeeding, I need some major firming!! This is the perfect thing for me to pamper myself and feel good about my post baby body!

I had sex for the first time after a total hysterectomy, and he went too deep and I had a sharp pain and some bleeding. I am still spotting and I have alot of pain. Is this normal?
